Just as we prepare to take care of our bodies we should also take care of our mental well-being. The need to have a schedule set for carrying out daily activities, exercising, eating healthy food, having meaningful interactions with family members and friends even through online medium, developing new creative hobbies, abstaining from negative news and thoughts, not making alcohol or drugs as one’s coping mechanism are few of the important directions that he shared with his audience. He exhorted all not to ostracise the people who have contracted Covid but to accept Covid as just another disease. There is no need to be afraid either of the disease or the sick person.
